Definition
The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 terrorist act provision (replacing UAPA § 15 as the primary substantive offence for many terrorism prosecutions); does not create a civil pre-attack intervention mechanism equivalent to the ERPO or Channel programme.
