Refund Policy

When you can get a refund

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of paying, if any of these are true:

• For mock bundles: you have used 2 or fewer mock attempts.
• For Pro Lifetime: you have taken 3 or fewer mocks.
• You were charged twice for the same plan.
• The site was down or broken in a way that stopped you from using what you paid for.

When we cannot refund

• You have used most of what you paid for.
• It has been more than 7 days since the payment.
• Your account was suspended for breaking our terms.

How to ask

Email hello@forensicspot.in from the email on your account. Tell us:

• The plan you bought.
• The Razorpay payment ID (you got this in your email and on the success page).
• Why you want the refund.

How long it takes

We reply within 2 working days. Once we approve a refund, the money goes back through Razorpay to the same card or UPI you used. That part takes 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
