Cotton-linen substrate

The traditional banknote paper substrate made from cotton fibre (and sometimes linen), containing no lignin, non-fluorescent under UV, textured under magnification; used for RBI MGNS, US Federal Reserve Notes, and pre-2016 Bank of England notes.
